At Repêchage®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare experience; if a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items must be at least half full and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original box or a sturdy shipping container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
